This presentation is valid for one month and renewable monthly for mutual agreement , except denunciation in a period of 5 weekdays before the end of the month ; or for non-compliance of the contractual clauses for one of the parts.

It Treats a commercial activity that implicates a fixed remuneration , according to the kinds predicted in the general conditions of sale under the article 14. Price.

LXCASA proposes to the clients to introduce and to present the description of a quite property one , guaranteeing the visibility of the property announcement next to the visitors.

The present General Conditions of Sale take effect between an advertiser and the LXCASA from the date of the first publication of an announcement in LXCASA, after cession of rights and delivery of publicity material.

The presentation describes the property, the price , costs and commissions of the client and , at least , a photo representing the property.

The client chooses the language in which it intends to announce in the site. If the client wants to spread his announcements in several languages, the client can choose to translate his announcements for own account or to ask to the site for a translation service.

The announcement must refer to one property.

The announcement must not present any link or textual reference to other) site of Internet for besides LXCASA.

The contacts of the client of are the exclusive knowledge of LXCASA not being spread in the announcement.

The client takes responsibility for the legal character of the content of his announcements. Any text or image without relation with the presented property is prohibited.

LXCASA reserves the possibility to prohibit, to destroy or to modify for own criterion, without term or responsibility , any announcement opposite to the law, will be informed to the administrative competent authorities , in accordance with the law of 21 of June of 2004.

LXCASA offers to a client the possibility to alter the text of his announcement after his presentation and his translation. the client will be able to carry out alterations online, in the safe and quick form.

The modified announcement has always to refer to the same property product.

The modifications introduced by the client after the translation will not be able to be an again translated. The client disposes of the possibility to modify his original text and the translated version.
